After finishing his studies at Rijksacademie of Fine Arts in Amsterdamin 1988 he had several exhibitions in Amsterdam as well as abroad in Portugal, France, Italy, Sri Lanka, Japan.
His works are characterised by vivacity in use of colours as well as in compositions.
After abandoning his first period of arts by painting only landscapes and sunsets he found his own identity by creating multi-media artworks in his style.
The last ten years he spent on his opus magnum a serious of about 750 paintings on thick paper basically a cartoon like protest against WAR.
Movement and vivid colours strengthen the compositions and the expression in his works aiming to put in place justice.
The underlaying idea does not prevent an emotional outbreak and pleasure in watching the sets of 4 or a multification of them.
Actually he is making acrilys paintings in all sizes and again his way of expression puzzles the viewer time after time.
A never boring art has been born !
